Just a little reminder that this walk has the potential to be quite muddy especially with the recent rain.

Weather forcast I saw this morning on the BBC said it might be wet Sunday, so make sure you have your wellies and waterproofs for this one. ;)

that has to have been one of the wettest walks ever! :-X :-X

nice to see kennel dogs out for a trip - think they enjoyed it despite the weather - especially as Charlie had brought his birthday cake to share!

Think I've just about dried out now. ::)

Still there were quite a few fellow nutters brave walkers at Weald willing to go out in the pouring rain.

Samantha, what was the final count in the end?

You potty daft brave lot! I did think of you all in the pouring rain while I was in my nice dry car ;D

Dave said, 'the walk probably will have been cancelled anyway cos of this rain wouldn't it?' to which I replied 'are you mad? they'll walk in anything!'

Seems I was right ;) ;D

Was it raining? I hadn't noticed!! Benny & Gemma enjoyed meeting all their chums and it was nice meeting all the owners again. Great to see Jodie, Sandra, Andrea & Dale from Castledon Kennels, and of course little Holly, bless her.

Was great to see you too, Graham! :) (and of course the lovely Benny and Gemma!)

Typical, isn't it - we don't manage to make it to very many walks due to sorting the dogs out at the kennels and one that we actually DO make it to must've been one of the wettest on record! ::)

Holly did enjoy her swim walk though, as did Flash, Bobby and Billy from the kennels.

Hope that the smell of 'eau de wet dog' wasn't too over-powering on the way back! ;)

Andrea x
