Thank you to everyone who came last night, I hope you enjoyed it and aren't still puzzling over how the magician changed his ball to a tomato! I couldn't get to sleep last night because my feet were so sore, not sure why  Hope everyone arrived home safe and sound and have a nice lazy day today to recover ... Dave and I are off to Maidstone for a 90th birthday celebration ... we know how to party! |

We had a great night last night  David had to rescue his Mum's cracker prize when it went flying across the room! His Mum and Dad really enjoyed themselves and were going to make a bid for the christmas cake until they found out what the starting bid was! Lazy day for us today, plus going to walk Chelsea, Millie and George while Mum and Dave are partying ;D |

We had a lovely time last night, feet still hurting and other parts of my body that I have not moved for years! Paying for it today mind you!

I know we raised £805 in the auction from all the lots. Thank you very much for the wallhanging which raised over £30 plus , I think it may have been more but I can't remember.
Thank you to everyone who endured my "auctioneering", everyone who bid, everyone who came and most of all those who put it all together to give us a great night out.

Thanks to Janet, Dave, Linda and all the others who organised the 'Do', we enjoyed it too.
Shame we had to go sooo early due to our babysitting cock up but we enjoyed it while we were there.

What a wonderful night, we both had a great time (how much one of us enjoyed it is evident on another thread ;D) thank you to everyone who put soooo much effort into making it a real night to remember. Thank you for our certificate and chocolate, which disappeared as quickly as the magicians ball, it was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Our certificate will also be framed and displayed alongside.......wait for it.......just to prove how chuffed we are about it..........................the (in)famous rosette collection! Surprised does not begin to describe my reaction to your kind, very flattering comments & your gift Janet, gobsmacked is a little nearer but still not quite there. Thank you, very much  Jan |

It certainly was a real night to remember! Wanted to say thank you for our certificate and chocolate (one chocolate remains, should there be a competition to guess which?? ) it was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated Thank you P.S Our certificate will also be framed and altho we don't have a large (in)famous rosette collection, it will be displayed with our modest collection ;D |
