Sorry about the concern re. only bringing one!
Depending on the weather we might leave our 2 at home because 3 is not always relaxing because Mia & Stanley sometimes get a bit restless these days. They prefer a soft indoor bed but Captain will enjoy the attention and the following weekend John & Jackie are home from France.

Rose, would it be an idea to put some fold up chairs in the car?

We will have use of the pub benches and our own gazebos if hot/raining (fingers crossed for "warm!) but bring whatever you want - there's plenty of room and if you don't need it you can leave it in the car.

Put the postcode on my phone, just need to spruce up George as we're heading out of Essix and into Heart-ford-shyre. Need to have a team talk with Millie (she must behave!) and then we're ready to go tomorrow Weather looks good, looking forward to it even though I can't remember what I ordered or whether I've paid for it!

Linford is poorly so I will be leaving him at home tomorrow and will be leaving Lottie with him to keep him company as I'm not sure how he will be on his own . The vets bill so far is £76 with more to come no doubt on his second visit to the vet tomorrow. So I will be dogless tomorrow sadly, but looking forward to the meal and seeing all the other lovely houndies.

Thank you to Rose and Tony and whoever else had a hand in organizing today. A lovely afternoon with good company and lovely food. We should definitely do this again . A quick update on Linford after todays vet visit, his temperature is still high but coming down thankfully. No walks for him until his next visit to the vet in a weeks time, but at the moment he doesn't seem bothered about it, so really not feeling well . Oh and the vet bill now stands at £115 .

What a lovely day we all had, food was great and weather was fantastic - Big thank you to Rose for organising the venue.
Really nice to get a chance to chat to everyone, we usually start off on a walk talking to someone then the dogs stop for a poo half way through a conversation and we dont get a chance to chat again until the end of the walk - we must do more social events like this.
Were we really on a GW event, not a high-viz in sight!
My two are sound asleep, Dylan is dreaming and his tail is wagging, must be dreaming about all his friends he met today.....or he had been helping himself to the beer.
Hope Linford is feeling better soon
