Yes you read right, we're already planning our camping trip for next year!
It will be North Norfolk this time
Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 July 2013
We will be reserving pitches at Foxhills Camping in Weybourne (www.foxhillscamping.co.uk/) a very dog friendly site with good facilities and very reasonably priced.
We need to reserve the pitches by the middle of October, so not long to decide! We'll also need to take a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure our booking.
Camping in N Norfolk is going to be hard to get that weekend so you might be asking why we chose it!
It's the weekend of the VERY popular biannual Holkham Country Fair 2013 where will be going for one of the days to fly the flag for greyhounds and lurchers. We'll also be doing beach walks and the customary GW BBQ!
We have really good fun and anyone who comes along is made very welcome and can join in with activities or not, just as they wish.
Others more familiar with the area I'm sure will provide us with a little guide, there's so much to do and see, and if camping isn't your bag the area is teeming with dog friendly cottages and B&B. Again I'm sure some recommendations will be made (you can still come along as visitors to the campsite to join in the BBQ.)
