Hi Everyone. I hope the walk in Braintree went well this morning. Unfortunately Jomi could not make it today due to human family commitments so we went to Bedfords Country Park in Noak Hill for our usual Sunday walk instead. Luckily there was an unofficial walk starting there just as we were about to leave so we were able to tag along to that for 15 minutes and add ourselves to the numbers. (I think they are adding something official afterwards) It was nice to join in even for a short time. Bedfords is a very nice country park with a visitor centre and free parking if any one fancies a visit. We had a very lovely time too at Bedfords Park, as we couldnt get to Braintree, I didnt see the no's added to the GBGW website, but I may have missed it, not sure how many of us there were, between 20-25 I think, every little helps lol

Perhaps I've missed it but how many dogs walked please. Pretty sure there were 25 at Bedfords Park, but I will check with Mary the walk leader, thank you

There was a really nice piece about GBGW in the RGT Homer magazine that came yesterday - not sure who sent it in but I'd say it got a thumbs up

There was a really nice piece about GBGW in the RGT Homer magazine that came yesterday - not sure who sent it in but I'd say it got a thumbs up I saw that too! Great publicity, the only thing was I thought it sort of implied that the event was down to Homer rather than GW? Or was it just me?

I've signed up twice to have the Homer magazine emailed, but for some reason it's not coming through
