Does anyone fancy getting a Greyhound Walks Quiz Team together?
We often descend on The Red Lion at Marks Tey for 'committee' meetings and we always seem to end up there on the night they do their Quiz Nights (Wednesday) and between important Greyhound Walks business start answering the quiz questions ;D
For the brainy / competitive / mad ones among us we could try getting a team together and joining in? The pub is very friendly and tolerant of our activities there, and it would be nice if we participated in their events?

I was listening to some of the questions. They ranged from easy peazy lemon squeezy, through to questions that even Google wont have the answers to Put me down for the team though

I'll come, I'm not sure how much use I'll be though unless the questions are on pop music from 1990 to present day or F1 motor sport.

How many allowed per team? My hubby is starting his next round of travels abroad soon, and Marks Tey isn't too far away, and my brain needs to be kept active .... Specialist subjects: classical music, ancient religions and modern literature, which have been of absolutely no use at all in any of the pub quizzes I've been to.

Sara ... wow we could do with some brains on the team! I'll find out a bit more in the week and post my findings

Ha, hardly. I like the sound of the easy peazy lemon squeezy questions myself.

You can put me down, but I'll be of limited use - my brain goes into power-saving mode after about 4pm!
