We went over there today and the new car park is HUGE!. They are now knocking down the old swimming pool.
I'm quite happy to meet you over there for a walk if you like. It's not far for me. I could even walk to the park, if I wasn't in my current state.

We took Anna & Indy there a while back and had a picnic. Only drawback is plenty of geese poo which Anna had a lovely roll in...! But otherwise totally agree, good place for houndie walk. Basildon council have strangely enough put up a load of new barricades, bollards and gates on all the entrances to all green places all over the town. Can't think why that might be |
