Details of the start and finish point of the procession are as follows: Start at the northern end of the Recreation Ground, in Church Street next to the Angel & Harp (sat nav CM6 2AD). The line up area will be open from 10am, judging is at 12pm and the procession starts at 1pm. The procession finishes in the same place as the start at around 2.20pm. Stall set up is between 9.30am and 12 noon. David and I will be there to set up from about 9.30. Any help would be much appreciated Quite a long way then, will definitely need the van or a m'home in attendance for dogs needing a rest en route.

We did the same at Walton Carnival last year Quite a long way then, will definitely need the van or a m'home in attendance for dogs needing a rest en route.

we are looking VERY lean for dogs for this event please please let us know if you are coming - so we know numbers - and mention it to anyone you know that may be willing to bring a hound along to join in Its a fantastic carnival this one, one of the best attended in Essex. Free music event after the parade, great stalls, free parking from memory, and we were worn out doing test drives last time ;D There really isnt much done in the way of hound promotion in this area and the public were REALLY interested in the hounds and rehoming. We could do with a good show at this one. Thanks peeps

I am hoping to come to this with Poppy. Can you tell me where I can park. Last time we were at this Carnival we parked at the place where all the stalls where. Can we still do this, if so is the post code the same as what has already been posted. I hope to get there at about 11ish will that be OK. Thanks for any info you can give.

Add in Steve & Jan Kemp.
Kris I think we'll have enough of the special coats and there's enough bells to start a Campanology shop. I'm back home tomorow and around all day Friday if we need a get together.
Any idea what the forecast is?

Sorry my plans have changed for the weekend as I will be working (have been asked to cover) and will therefore not be available for the Carnival or at the walk at Maldon on Sunday.
Looks like the weather will hold off for both days.. see you all soon..

dunmow only has about three roads follow one of the postcodes - the parking for the carnival is well signposted - all of the parking is on the recreation ground.
