They like to gamble too much - fancy throwing it away in the last round! Is that brainpower? If so I'll stick with being cautious and getting the points on the board. Wonderful evening and thanks to all who contributed (especially money - well treasurers always have to say that....).

Thanks to all of you who made the evening such a pleasure Our son Darren,Angela, and Grandchildren really enjoyed them selfs,but sadly when they got home they had been burgled so they are waiting today for the police to take finger prints but Darren does not hold out any hope of them making an arrest.
So they will not be on the walk today.

There's been a miscalculation in the adding up (trust a bloke to get it wrong!) and our total for the evening was £680.12 ;D It was lots of hard work but well worth the effort so thanks to those who gave their time and energy and to everyone for coming along and dipping deep into your pockets. I'm looking forward to the next one, but hopefully as a participant |

Thats excellent! not the fact you miss counted, but the fact you raised nearly 700 spondulies. Well done a brilliant job ;D Our team came 5th - thank goodness for all the other people on our team thats all I can say! Still there weren't as many of us as some other teams  |
