Greyhound Walks will be attending this hugely popular evening when practically the entire population of Ware turns out to celebrate the start of the Christmas Season. ;D
We will have a double stall in the Drill Hall, Amwell End, Ware from 6pm until 10pm and you are very welcome to come along and:
Help.... Show support..... Buy some of our wonderful merchandise (much of which has been handmade by our very own wonderful Greyhound Walks Women's Institute)..... Buy your Christmas Presents...... Generally have a jolly good time!
For details on the day (or to get directions!) contact Jan - 07725 940453.

p.s. I don't think it costs anything to get in anywhere!
(can't see how it can, as it happens all over the town!)

Thanks to everyone - organisers, stall holders, GWWI for making lots of things, kind supporters that donated items, transporters, etc etc.
The remaining unsold items will be winging their way to Swaffham for the folks in East Anglia to have a chance at buying GW goodies.
Thanks again! ;D

Thank you to everyone who supported this event, be it helping on the day, donating items or the people behind the knitting needles, sewing machines, cellophane bags, ribbons and bows. Everything is back at my house (what ever happened to us decluttering ) and a good job I had a sort through this morning before work as the money is even in there With the Ware evening and the sales of GWWI items at walks in November and December, close to £300 has been made and this will go into our funds to help needy greyhounds and lurchers. Lots of bits and bobs are being done by the amazing 'Delivery Elves' at the moment which should make winter a whole lot better for a whole lot of hounds, and lots is being done by our scouts in identifying little cases where help is needed to make an individual hounds life better. With my trustee hat on ... thanks again to all involved.
