Very disappointed that I am not going to be able to make the walk on Sunday, I was really looking forward to it as I've not seen everyone since New Years Day. My car went in for a Service yesterday and to discover the reason for a strange clonking noise. Turns out I may need a new gear box! Garage are going to see if they can re-condition the one I have which will be a little less expensive. Will know the outcome Mon/Tues. Have a good walk everyone, fingers crossed I make it to the next one. x Anne, it's at times like this when I wish I had a bigger car: 4 hounds and 2 adults in a Corsa sounds more like a world record attempt than a real possibility! Hope your car fix isn't too expensive and you're back on the road and at the walks as soon as possible X

Thank you for the lovely walk organised today at Ricky Aquadrome. It was Winston's 2nd walk and Gizmo's 1st and they both loved it. Seeing the sunshine made all the difference and what a big turn out it was too.
Thanks and see you all again soon.
BTW I have posted some pics of today on the photos of walks thread. I hope you can spot a few friends in them. Sarah (Winston and now Gizmo's Mum too)

Wow 53. Thank you to Sheena who walked Harry for me and Sam & Linda who walked Ruso for me. The sun shone. Sorry I couldn't stay long after as I had some GRWE adoption papers to be signed by Louise with Mr Darcy

Thank you so much, Captain Moss thoroughly enjoyed his first greyhound walk at the Aquadrome, Rickmansworth last Sunday - as did we, his 'pets'! Look forward to joining you again at future events. Linda, Sam & Moss
