Debbie - did you realise that this is the same day as the RGT Greyhound Extravaganza at Newmarket? Sadly we'll be off to Newmarket, as we loved the Castle Acre walk last year

We can always do an extra Castle Acre walk, we'll miss wee Sally otherwise

Looking forward to this walk, it's a lovely relaxing one in a very pretty village. It's not far to carry on up to the coast after the walk if your hound fancies a paddle. The Ostrich pub is happy for dogs to go inside or in the garden if it's nice weather. Look forward to seeing people there

Gemma and I echo Debbie's words - this is a very nice walk around a very pretty village. We are coming to the walk and then going to the RGT show at Kentford, then back to the Ostrich pub in Castle Acre in the evening for the acoustic music - double bass, guitars, fiddle, piano accordions etc, a great fun evening.

Good thing Monday is a bank holiday Graham you will need it to recover, but knowing you, you'll be going to work!

I went to Castle Acre this morning and this walk is looking very green after all the rain we've had but it was beautiful weather today so fingers crossed for the same tomorrow There is a small area near the river where waterproof shoes are advisable, I had trainers on today but just tipped toed through and my feet stayed dry so not too bad. The rest of the walk was lovely and the cream tea afterwards was the business! Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow
