How much is the Pay & Display car park? Last year I didn't have enough change on me to stay very long. It's be nice to be able to stay a bit longer this time and not just 3 hours. This website should help ... Naze car park is where the carnival starts from, swimming pool is where it ends and where the stall is www.tendringdc.gov.uk/travel-and-parking/parking/car-parks

I'm sorry, but I don't feel up to coming along today. I'll just get very upset all day.
Have a lovely day everyone. Give all your hounds a big hug from me and cherish every day with them.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton Carnival. Thank you to everybody who came along to support us No trophy this year, we got beaten by Walton Pre-school (I think we might need to borrow Delilah next time for the cute factor), but Rob and Samantha had their picture taken for the local paper We had lovely weather. A bit windy on Saturday night and David and I thought our tent was going to take off! David lost his temper on Friday night trying to peg it down because the ground was solid and every single peg bent when he was trying to hit them into the ground, so we're going to treat ourselves to a new tent at the end of the season once the prices have gone down. A Christmas present to ourselves A few pictures from me, Claire Reilly and Tina Gardner (thanks for letting me pinch them guys). The Roaddogs were snapping away aswell At The Naze getting ready to set off Dog Show in full swing. This is Prettiest Princess We took over the whole of the Carnival Committee's gazebo/marquee (we were allowed!) Gorgeous Oscar, who won Best in Show, and his Dad with the judges A couple of the procession from Tina And a few from Claire and Evie from the Dog Show on Sunday This is George and he's 11. We met him and his Dad Dave, at the Dog Show in 2011. They were there before us and entered pretty much every class. I think they may have gone in for Prettiest Princess aswell if they could've got away with it! David and Harley manning the stall 'Did somebody say biscuits?!' A stroll along the prom Buffy decided to sit on the wall, after she'd had a quick look at the sea Kelly, Mum and Dave you were missed, but our little walking float was for Lucy (because she loved carnivals) and all her friends at Rainbow Bridge They would like us back next year

Apparently there's a big piece about the carnival in the Frinton Gazette this evening. I can't find it online though
