Counting on you putting in a good word Andy !
At least there's a nice river at the finish for the dogs to cool off in it it's a little too warm.

With trees in the pub garden so we can relax with a drink, hot or cold and have a natter.

Probably only going to do the short walk with Lottie, will see how she goes. If she is not up to the long walk can someone do the longer walk with Linford ?

I would offer Liz but I may have to do the short one too, Dude's a bit under the weather at the moment. I'm sure there will be someone who would like to take Linford. You never know they may all be fighting fit come Sunday (hopefully). We'll sort something out I'm sure.

21 lovely hounds and their owners had a nice country walk in good weather, followed by a paddle in the river and refreshments at the pub. Good way to spend a Sunday morning.
By the river we met two beautiful 7-month old Borzios who seemed quite taken with all the hounds, didn't have a camera unfortunately.

It was a really lovely walk this morning, thanks to Susan and Terry for organising. Sorry I couldn't stay for the pub chat afterwards but I was anxious to get back to Trinity, maybe next time.

I saw you go but too far away to shout cheerio. I said to Philip that you'd be worried about Trinity so I hope she was OK.
Looking forward to meeting up soon and thanks for a good walk Susan and Terry.

Thank you for a lovely walk in Wheathampstead yesterday. It was a really pleasant stroll and all the Greyhounds (including honorary ones) enjoyed themselves. Terry, Susan and Phillip led us round the beautiful countryside, finishing off in the pub garden where all relaxed for a drink and chat - and that was just the hounds!

Really sorry we missed it, but we had to postpone a family BBQ from the previous day. Just as well we did really!!! I assume the weather was to your satisfaction? Thanks to Susan and Terry for taking up the reins.
