A few of us "erts folk are getting together on Sunday to "reccee" Cassiobury Park in Watford. There is one official car park for Cassiobury Park at the end of Gade Avenue near the bottom of Cassiobury Park Avenue (WD18 7LG and WD18 7LH are the nearest postcodes), and we will meet there at 10am. The Cafe will be open from 11am We may encounter some mud depending on the extent of the reccee, so please be prepared. If you get lost call me on 07939 055031. Andy

Weather permitting, we will be there with Betty. Car parking is very limited, many spaces restricted to disabled, the overflow park only opens weather permitting so that will be out. Drove by there this morning at 10.00 and it was full even though it was chucking it down. It is used as a free car park for passengers on the Met line tube so that does not help. However, at weekends you can park in Cassiobury Park Avenue and Gade Avenue which run alongside the park. Hope to see you tomorrow. Mike and Janet.
