Rayne Arts Festival @ Booking Hall Cafe, Rayne Station Sunday 8th July Family Fun Day & Folk Evening Beer Tent, Performance Marquee, Food Available*, Picnics Welcome 2pm - 9pm Awareness Stall: Yes Display Team: No This festival runs from Thursday 5th to Sunday 8th schedule below. Thursday 7:30pm to 10ish - Funky Tracks on the Tracks Friday 7:30pm to 10ish - Comedy & Music Saturday 7:30pm to 10ish - Midsummer Music
As a well respected local organisation <cough> we've been asked if we'd like to run the BBQ with all profits going to GW - we said yes  But we need volunteers please. If you can help at all can you add your name to the appropriate day, I'll do a separate thread. BBQ will be at one end of the platform slightly away from the performance marquee. Obviously because of food hygiene we'll have to keep a separate space if you bring hounds along when you help (George's Chill-Out Tent.) They are also looking for people to help rattle their donations buckets at the entrances for an hour or so on each day - they are donating to MIND and Friends of Flitch Way. Booking Hall Cafe are very accommodating to us so would be nice to help them out

Everything will be onsite ready to go (fingers crossed  ) so you only have to bring yourselves ;D For the evening BBQs we need minimum 4 people, 2 to cook, 1 to serve, 1 for money For the Sunday we need as many as we can over the time for BBQ but stall will only be up till 5ish depending on the weather.

As helping to cover the gates is part of the agreement of us doing the BBQ, I've made a couple of slight changes to the rota Volunteers?
